Tracy is the best. She has so much kindness and attention to detail when it comes to supporting a home purchase. She was my dad’s realtor when he bought his first and second homes so naturally I went to her when buying my first home. My husband and I trusted her so much to tell us what was right and wrong about a house — she and her realtor partner Linda would often scour disclosures and spot red flags we would never be able to see. They would talk us down from any houses that didn’t feel right or had major fixes. There was so much attention to detail and care by Tracy and Linda. On the day we decided to put in an offer, Tracy personally went and did an inspection for us on the house and walked us through everything via Face Time when we couldn’t be there.
